PUPILS from a Kingsfield Primary School, Chatteris, found out the importance of recycling this week when the Cambridgeshire Recycling bus paid a visit. Youngsters in Year 3 are covering the Egyptians in school, and with the help of Nick King, Recycling Bus manager, they built models from the period using recycled materials. A sphinx and large mummy case, as well as several gods' heads, are among the items which are now on display at the school. During the activity, they were able to talk about recycling issues within Chatteris, and learn more about the Egyptians at the same time.
