WE are very pleased to report that two of our three couples of feline OAPs have found new homes after last month's appeal in this paper.

Beth and Jessie are still waiting for their luck to change but we won't give up looking.

Today, we want to introduce you to Dylan, a two-and-a-half-year-old crossbred dog.

Dylan is quite an insecure little man who is initially frightened of everything. He would need experienced owners willing to put in some much-needed training and make sure his anxiousness doesn't translate into aggression.

It would be ideal if Dylan would have another steady dog by his side to act as role model and give him confidence.

A single person with lots of spare time or a family without children would be the best match for Dylan.

After an initial lull, the cattery is filling up fast again and has a wide selection of really nice cats. We have quite a number of very friendly pairs which would be ideal if you want a ready-made little cat family. They settle so much quicker and keep each other company when you are "otherwise engaged".

Our small animal unit is currently rebelling against the name a bit - it just welcomed another pair of goats, bringing the total to four. And then there are the ponies...!

Please ring the centre if you are interested and don't forget, you will need a holding number to keep goats. All the usual small critters you would expect, our rabbits, guinea pigs, mice and birds, are still here and waiting for your visit.

The New Year has barely started but we are already planning for our open day on July 20. If you want to be part of it, please contact the centre.
