A ROAD sweeping truck and a flat bed lorry were stolen in March at the weekend.
The white Schmidt street sweeper had been left on the back of a white Isuzu flat bed lorry in a yard in Wisbech Road at 11pm on Saturday.
Both vehicles were discovered missing at 8.20am the following day.
Pc Phil Richardson, investigating, said: “While this theft was during the early hours of the morning, people may recall seeing such a large vehicle being transported out of the area.”
