SMILING toddlers have today began taking centre stage in March as the 2011 Baby of the Year competition began at Babee Boutique.
Fenland’s cutest youngsters have the chance to be crowned Baby of the Year by simply having their photo taken at the store in March High Street.
The shoot began this morning and will run until Saturday with a photographer from the Portrait Group taking photos of the area’s smiling youngsters.
There are once again three categories in this year’s competition, which is sponsored by Gibbs of Wisbech. They are: 0-18 months, 18 months to three years and 3-5 years.
The competition is free to enter and photos will be available to buy after the shoot has finished.
All the pictures taken will also appear in our paper and winners will receive a 20in by 16in canvas, courtesy of the Portrait Group.
More than 150 smiling babies graced our pages last year as parents flocked to have their �children’s photos taken at our shoots in March and �Wisbech.
• The shoot in Wisbech will be held at Gibbs from March 1-5.
