Thirty-six Scouts and Guides from Cambridgeshire joined 44,000 Scouts from around the world to celebrate the centenary of Scouting.
They set off from Huntingdon racecourse last Thursday to join Scouts and leaders from more than 200 countries at the World Scout Jamboree near Chelmsford.
Included in the Cambridgeshire group are four young Scouts from Wisbech, Darryl Wainwright, Ian Wales (both 3rd Wisbech), Ross McConnachie and Thomas Preston (both 14th Wisbech).
The jamboree, opened by Prince William, is giving them the chance to try new sports and challenges, get involved in projects making a real difference to communities, and enjoy life-changing experiences with peers from all over the world.
