Pupils of a March dance school are celebrating after scoring top marks in their recent examinations.
Talents at the Vera Frances School of Dance achieved another 100 per cent session last week in their exams graded by the International Dance Teachers Association.
Youngsters at the school took part in 36 exams in classical ballet and tap and pupils from the lower school gained an impressive 10 commended and highly commended awards.
Pupils from the upper school also performed excellently, achieving 16 merits and 10 distinctions.
The Vera Frances School of Dance has been honing the skills of local dancers for over 60 years, making it one of the oldest in the region.
The school is run by Vera Frances and her daughter, Lynda Ward-Cray, who are both fully registered teachers of the Royal Academy of Dance, the International Dance Teachers Association and the United Kingdom Alliance.
Lynda’s son, Iain, also has a role at the school as an assistant teacher and technician.
