Firefighters smashed through a side window to free a baby who had become accidentally locked in a car in Peterborough.
At 10.27am yesterday, a crew from Stanground responded to a call for assistance after a baby became accidentally locked in a car in Almond Road.
Using specialist equipment to prevent glass shattering into the car, firefighters smashed a side window and unlocked the car from the inside.
The crew returned to its station just after 11am.
