A WISBECH man accused of murder will stand trial at Cambridge Crown Court on June 6.
The trial date was set by a judge on Friday after Tomas Krasnovas, 22, of Cocketts Drive, Wisbech, appeared before the court and pleaded not guilty to murdering Erikas Ulinskas, 36, also of Cocketts Drive.
The arrest and charging of Krasnovas came after the body of Ulinskas was found in Holmes Park, Wisbech, last December.
Detectives piled into the park following the discovery of Ulinskas’ body by a member of the public.
A 27-year-old man who had also been arrested on suspicion of murder was later released without charge.
