Paula Fresher, her daughter Cara, and Kathy Edgley, served up sweet treats on Friday to help the cause.

Mrs Fresher said: “We wanted to hold a coffee morning as both of our families have recently been affected by cancer.

“We wanted to do our bit to say thank you for the help and support we received from Macmillan during a very difficult time.

“A huge thank you to everyone who supported the event and for their generosity.”
