MARCH and District Operatic Society has been invited to perform a musical production in its twin town of St Jean de Braye.
It performed with great success in 2005 and is now asking March town Council for financial support for a new show.
In a letter to the council, vice-chairman of March twinning Association, Hilary Butler, said a musical director will need to be employed and rooms hired for rehearsals - a cost of around £700.
Mrs Butler asked if help could be given out of the council's annual twinning budget for the current year.
