JUST a month after passing his driving test, Michael Mills was caught driving around the City Road car park in March with two people clinging to his vehicle.
One person was lying on the bonnet of his car, and the other was hanging on the driver's door.
He admitted careless driving, and will have to re-take his test because six points were put on his licence by Fenland magistrates.
Prosecuting, Andrew Williams told how Mills drove a Seat Ibiza without headlights, and reversed 400 yards with both people attached to the vehicle.
Mills told the court he had been "very stupid" and expected to lose his job. He was fined £150 with £35 costs and a £15 surcharge.
