THE driver of a car involved in a single vehicle accident on a Fenland road tonight has died.
Few details of the accident have emerged but local reports say an air ambulance joined other emergency services at the scene of the accident in High Road, Wisbech St Mary.
The road was been closed in both directions between the Willock Lane junction and the Plash Drove junction.
Motorists are being urged to avoid the area and to find an alternative route.
Further reports are expected early tomorrow.
