Face painters and entertainers are needed to help make the Meadowgate Academy elf festival in Wisbech a success.

The academy is holding the event on Thursday December 14.

It is their second Elf Festival for the primary students.

Lisa Gill, assistant headteacher, said: “It was a fantastic event last year with magicians, bouncy castles, face painting and all the children and staff dressed as Elves.

“We were fortunate enough to have lottery funding last year to cover this but this year we are having to fund this event ourselves.
