HELP for Heroes is holding a fundraising weekend this Bank Holiday in Asda stores across the country – and I have been asked to co-ordinate the collection at the Wisbech store.
Asda Helping Heroes takes place from August 26-28. We will hold our collection on August 28. We will have buckets to collect money and we hope to sell merchandise.
One of my jobs is to recruit volunteers. We already have one person who has come forward, but we need six. Volunteers don’t have to do a full day; they can do just a few hours.
