A charity was able to buy a karaoke machine thanks to the fund-raising efforts of a supermarket.
Sainsbury’s in March raised £270.25 for charity Break, which supports vulnerable young people and families across East Anglia.
Earlier this month, Sainsbury’s staff were invited to BREAK’s March headquarters at Burrowmoor Road to try out the machine.
A Sainsbury’s spokesman said: “Even though they are not our current charity of the year, we really wanted to provide an opportunity for Break to raise money in order to purchase a karaoke machine, something which the families that they support have been hoping for.”
