March held two remembrance services to honour those who have died serving their country. On Saturday the town centre came to a standstill as an act of remembrance was conducted by the Rev Anthony Chandler at the war memorial.
Parade marshall Barry Howlett led civic representatives, ex-servicemen and others to the memorial for a wreath laying ceremony.
On Sunday the parade met at Sainsbury's car park and marched to St Peter's Church. March Air Training Corps band headed the parade, followed by representatives of organisations such as Royal British Legion, Royal Naval Association, prison officers, Red Cross, Army Cadets, Stone Cross Masonic Lodge, Scouts and Guides. Service was led by the Rev Chandler.
After the service the parade moved to the town's war memorial, where wreaths were laid on behalf of the people of March.
