ON a recent visit to the town I decided to visit the GER to watch March Town United play league leaders Tiptree.
The large crowd were entertained with some excellent football, both teams giving everything in a fast and skilful match.
Although beaten by a last-minute goal the home side matched Tiptree in every department and were desperately unlucky to lose.
The March officials at the ground were helpful and friendly and the whole set up was a credit to the club.
Well done the Hares and I will most certainly be visiting again.
