INSPECTOR Robin Sissons, the engaging sector commander for part of Fenland, emails with his frustrations over the number of cycles being stolen.
"I understand that cycles will be stolen but what does frustrate me is that these were all left unlocked Ahhhhhhhh!!! ," he writes.
"Please can a message go out that if things are not nailed down then they will go for walks on their own. I am not asking for members of the community to nail their tyres to the ground but a cycle lock to something that can not be moved would be good."
