MEMBERS of Whittlesey and District Lions Club made the trip to Norwich on Friday for a weekend of fun and frivolity.
They were taking part in the Annual District Convention held at the Holiday Inn-North, Norwich.
A fancy dress competition took place on Friday night which was won by Peter Haynes, husband of Lion President Cheryl Haynes.
Mrs Haynes won the first time attendees competition by introducing herself to the most people.
The members also acted out a comic sketch set in a Crown Court they had written.
