MY wife and myself were having lunch in the park in March Town last summer and noticed that the fencing from the town bridge to the library was very open.
I thought that if a child was to trip through the fence down to the river the embankment there is very steep so I reported this to the council shop in March.
I have now reported this twice, but nothing has been done.
