BOXING Day horse racing has become as much a part of the festive season as mince pies and mulled wine... and now our readers have got the chance to win tickets for a post-Christmas punt.

We’ve teamed up with Huntingdon Races to offer three pairs of tickets to the Boxing Day jump racing. A crowd of 7,000 people are expected to pack the racecourse for its traditional festive fixture.

Sophie Hodgkinson, managing director, said: “Everyone likes to get out for a breath of fresh air after being at home on Christmas Day. And there’s nowhere better to visit in Cambridgeshire than Huntingdon Racecourse for an afternoon of jump racing.”

Our lucky competition winners will be able to enjoy the afternoon’s racing for free from the main enclosure.

• The first race in an action-packed Boxing Day card is due off at 12.15pm. The racecourse’s gates will be open from 10.15am and visitors are advised to set off in plenty of time.
