Budding entrepreneurs from a Fenland school have tasted business competition success.
Pheonix, a company created by Wisbech Grammar School pupils in October, won the Triumph Over Adversity prize at the Young Enterprise Peterborough district area final.
Its managing director Christopher Turner, 17, was named Businessman of the Year.
The company has created a portfolio of products including computer aided designed and laser cut key racks, personalised clothing, designer shopping bags and Christmas merchandise.
Link teacher Matthew Sansom said: “The Phoenix team members were a joy to work with, committed and determined to do well.
“They presented true entrepreneurial flair and individual determination to make the company a success.”
