A LICENSING committee hearing will take place tomorrow for another off-licence on Wisbech High Street.
Lojkonik’s application on Wisbech High Street has met with opposition from residents concerned about street drinking, fighting and vandalism in the Market Place and High Street.
A petition opposing it has been signed by more than 120 Wisbech residents, citizens and businesses.
There are already 70 licensed premises within the town centre and 59 of them are within 0.3miles of Market Square.
Licensing applications will also be heard today for off-licences on Howlett Hill, Wisbech and Kirkgate Street, Walsoken.
