A Wisbech man with a history of drunken and abusive behaviour will appear before magistrates accused of breaching a court order later this month.
Aleksandras Liesys, 43, of no fixed abode, was made the subject of an interim ASBO at Kings Lynn Magistrates’ Court on September 19.
The anti-social behaviour order banned him from entering Wisbech town centre between 8am and 8pm, drinking in public or being abusive towards others.
His hearing will take place before the same court on November 22.
Police have served papers on Liesys, on behalf of the Border Agency, that state he will be considered for deportation.
