More than 30 members and guests tucked into haggis and were serenaded by bagpipes at a Burns Night supper.
Wisbech Rotary Club held their annual celebration of the great 18th century Scottish poet Robbie Burns at Beechwood House, Leverington.
The traditional ceremony of ‘addressing the Haggis’ was carried out by Wisbech Beadle Alister Hopkins.
Chris Wideman played several Scottish songs on the bagpipes and Keith Green gave a rousing summary of Burns’ short but eventful life. Wisbech Rotary Club meet at the Red Lion Public House, North Brink, Wisbech, on Tuesdays.
