Joint-boss Dick Creasey wants Wisbech Town to take the positives from their FA Vase exploits into next season.

The Fenmen's brave run came to an end at the quarter-final stage following a 1-0 defeat at Sholing. And Creasey is already thinking about how they can better their chances of reaching a Wembley final in 2015.

The Town chief said: 'We moped about on Saturday but by Sunday we had to start thinking about what we want for next season.

'Our season has probably died now. We've got nine league games to play and it's probably time for us to have a look at a few people and see where we are for next season. The one thing I will say is we've had a great journey and we probably want to do that again.'

Wisbech sit seventh in the UCL Premier Division and return to action at home to Cogenhoe on Saturday. Had they have progressed in the Vase they would have faced Eastbourne United in the semis. West Auckland take on St Andrews.
