A WOMAN is in a stable condition in hospital after being thrown from the horse she was riding today.
The rider, in her 40s, suffered serious pelvic injuries and was flown by air ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge.
The accident occurred at Outwell. A crew from Magpas Helimedix was on the scene at 2.40pm.
Magpas doctor Nick Foster, who assisted the woman, said: “We wish her a speedy recovery and would like to thank her friends who were extremely helpful.”
