A wood chipper was stolen from a business premises in Creek Road, March last night – it was later found overturned on Elm Road, Wisbech.
Between 11pm and the time the incident was reported, offenders had gained entry to a business premises and stolen a wood chipper.
The offenders left the scene with the wood chipper on a trailer, but lost control of their vehicle on Elm Road.
The offenders left the area, in what is believed to be a dark coloured Renault Megane, leaving the wood chipper behind.
