Three Counties Running Club members took on parkrun challenges on New Year's Day, with some doubling up at two events.

Matthew Knott (21.27) was first home at King’s Lynn, ahead of Stephen Rhodes (22.32) and Mark Mattless (23.52).

Sarah-Jane Macdonald (24.11), Tracey Else (27.15), Kersten Muller (29.59), Sandra Rhodes (30.01) and Anne-Marie Mattless (31.27) were also in action.

Stephen Rhodes (23.36) and Sandra Rhodes (31.37) also ran at March, along with Else (27.59), as Emily Clarke (25.30), Donna Johnson (29.45), Victoria May (29.53), Elliot Green (29.55), Melvin Green (32.03), Steve Clarke (32.23) and Tina Rust (34.13) also took part.

Colin Apps ran 22.56 at Northampton and 26.20 at Daventry, while Joely Apps clocked 38.38 and 42.37.

Others, Boston: Mandy Doggett 41.32.

Normandy Hall: Colin Apps 23.32, Joely Apps 39.01.

Holkham: Jonny Clark 23.48, Jodie Clark 29.58.

March: Donna Johnson 29.39, Victoria May 29.40, Elliot Green 31.59, Melvin Green 32.18.
