Chatteris Cricket Club gets funding boost thanks to local company

A local lad has given Chatteris Cricket Club a helping hand by sponsoring them for three years.

Adam Mills, who runs ‘Adam Mills Roofing’ in the town, has given the Fenland club a boost by agreeing to be its sponsor for the next three seasons.
Mr Mills now lives in March, but it is hoped that his contribution will enable the Cambs League Senior League Division One side to buy more equipment for both the adult and youth sides.
Chatteris have had an excellent start to their league campaign this year, with their three wins from six league games firing them to second in the league table.
