CHATTERIS Under-14s A-team finished runners-up for the second consecutive season in their league but pushed winners Arbury Aces all the way during a thrilling campaign.
Chatteris finished just two points behind the title-winning Aces, but eight points ahead of third-placed Milton Colts who Chatteris beat 3-1 in their final game of the season.
The team’s excellent form in the Under-14s Cambridge and District Colts A League comes just two seasons after the side clinched the B division.
