Despite not playing for two weeks, The Coachmakers Arms, were back in form at the weekend, and a crushing win over revamped Carpenters Arms maintained their challenge for top spot in the March Friday Friendly League.
Two players hit maximums, James Bell, of Station A, and John Marney, of Station C. The Coachmakers' Dave Hodges recorded a 101 out shot.
Players are still required by teams at the Station Hotel. Players of any standard are welcome and newcomers are given every encouragement to join in. There are no fees.
