NEW March Town United boss Paul Crosbie has admitted he is interested in bringing Wisbech Town midfielder Lewis Thompson to the GER.
Thompson is considering leaving the Fenmen after spending a lot of last season on the substitutes’ bench at his home-town club.
And Crosbie, who mapped out his plans for the Hares at a meeting on Saturday, is keen to offer him a midfield role at the GER.
“He is a player we are interested in,” said Crosbie. “I have been told that he is a very talented footballer and I know that some of the supporters at Wisbech would be sad to see him go.
“He’s had a strong endorsement and we want talented players who can help us kick on. He fits into that mould.”
