Local kickboxing talents have claimed more medals thanks to top performances at a handful of recent events.

Fen fighters have been in action in three Manchester-based competitions - the WKC Europeans, the 30th Anniversary FSK competition and the Combat League – as well as at the BCKA Ring-light Eliminations and the Peterborough Series.

And, as usual, Andy Whitwell’s fighters claimed dozens of medals and trophies including over 20 golds.

Coach Whitwell said: “As always, these fighters continue to work very hard and progress all the time.

“They are a pleasure to work with an it’s great to see the rewards of their efforts at every event they compete in.”
