A Fenland Running Club couple smashed their personal bests at the Admiral Swansea Bay 10km race on Sunday.
Justin Showell knocked 63 seconds off his previous best to finish 406th out of 2,988 finishers in 44 minutes 10 seconds.
Joice Showell took three minutes off her previous record, finishing 1,919th in one hour one minute and four seconds.
