Five Fenland Running Club members raced in high winds at the Riverside Runners St Neots Half Half Marathon.
In a large field of 1,321 finishers, Sean Connolly was first home for FRC in 82nd place and a time of 1:28:11 in Sunday’s race.
Other positions for FRC runners were Rod Sinnott 129th 1:31:20; Paul Griffin 149th 1:33:16; Maire Irlam 395th 1:43:22; Gill Holmes 1,309th 2:41:13.
Fenland Running Club hold their annual general meeting at their headquarters at Wisbech Rugby Club on Tuesday 24th November at 19:30 after a shorter than usual Club Night run.
