NEWLY-FORMED Whittlesey Girls Premier FC are hoping to attract junior and senior players to the club.
Manager Pasky Ciarla said: "Our aim over the next few years is to form teams ranging from under-10s to senior ladies and to compete at a high level of football.
"Over the coming months we are hoping to arrange friendlies against girls' teams from Lincoln City, Nottingham Forest, Mansfield Town and Notts County and that can only be a good thing for girls' football in Fenland."
The club's under-14 team kicked-off their campaign in the Cambridgeshire S-Tech Girls League with a convincing 9-0 win at Isleham United at the weekend.
As well as new players, Whittlesey Girls Premier FC are also seeking male and female managers whose training for coaching qualifications will be funded by the club.
Anyone interested in playing or managing should call Pasky Ciarla on 01733 840469 or Mark Barnes on 01733 351425.
