Thursday October 22 1964Wisbech Town 4 Chelsea 2MODERN-DAY Fenmen supporters can only dream of this kind of scoreline but in 1964, Wisbech came back from 2-0 down to beat a young, talented Chelsea team.The Blues were invited to play Wisbech to mark the inaugural floodlit match at Fenland Park and 2700 fans were there to see it.Playing for Chelsea that day were Ron 'Chopper' Harris, Jimmy McCalliog and Peter Osgood while manager Tommy Docherty and coach Dave Sexton both started in the Blues' line-up.
