But Acorns pulled level and then quickly took the lead in the second half.

March continued to battle for another goal without success.

A corner from Acorns saw them score again after mistakes were made in the School's defence.

Chatteris A 4 Soham Town Colts 1

ANOTHER good team performance from Chatteris saw them keep their 100 per cent league record with a comfortable win against a spirited Soham outfit.

Chatteris scored after 15 minutes, when good work from Alex Nolan on the right led to the opening goal from Ryan O'Hea.

The same player made it 2-0 a few minutes later and this was the score at half-time.

Chatteris made a few changes after the break and five minutes into the second half, Josh Dodman pounced on a loose ball in the Soham area and coolly finished to make it 3-0.

Soham pulled a goal back with some good play but Damon Beckett made it 4-1.

This put the game out of reach for Soham, who battled bravely but didn't really have the beating of a solid Chatteris defence.

Chatteris: Liam Birch, Ben Perry, Sam Merryweather, Karl Anderson, Keith Parish, Alex Nolan, Levi Beaney, Josh Dodman, Damon Beckett, Ryan O'Hea, Dale Browne.
