March Town drew a blank for the fourth straight week in their defeat to Whitton United last Saturday.

The Hares failed to hit the net yet again as they were beaten by a solitary goal by the Suffolk side at the GER.

The narrow defeat was Mel Mattless’ men’s fourth in a row in the Thurlow Nunn First Division - a run that has seen them sink to 17th in the standings.

Next up for March is a test against another side struggling for form of late - Debenham LC.

Debenham sit one place and one point below the Hares, and haven’t won a league match since January 7.
