The Hares face a tough Cambs Invitation Cup Semi-Final clash with Haverhill Rovers

The Hares will travel to Ridgeons Premier Division outfit Haverhill Rovers in the Cambs Invitation Cup Semi-Final.

March have already dumped Royston Town and Fulbourn Institute out of the competition but now face their toughest test yet as they travel to high-flying Haverhill looking to secure a place in the final.

The Suffolk outfit, who beat Histon Reserves 5-3 in the quarter finals, are currently third in the Ridgeons Premier Division and have beaten Wisbech Town twice this season. The Fenmen reached the final of last year’s competition but lost 3-1 to Mildenhall Town.

March will have gained great confidence however from their impressive form on the road this season. Jamie Weston’s side have won their last six away league fixtures on the bounce and hope to mount a new-year promotion charge in the Ridgeons First Division.
