March Town grabbed their first Thurlon Nunn Division One win in almost a month in superb goal scoring style on Saturday.

The Hares hammered Dereham Town Reserves 4-0 to ease to their biggest victory this season at the GER.

And Mel Mattless’ men had four different scorers to thank for their impressive triumph - Max Mattless, Toby Allen, Jack Brand and Rob Conyard.

March’s win - their first since a 3-0 success in the reverse fixture on March 11 - has fired them to within a point of 16th-placed Team Bury in the league standings with four games remaining.

The first of those four games is a trip to Suffolk to face Cornard United on Saturday (3pm).
