YOUTH FOOTBALL: March Soccer School talents lift Hereward Cup thanks to seven-goal success

A team of young Soccer School talents sealed Peterborough Junior Alliance League Hereward Cup success last weekend in terrific goal-scoring style.

March Soccer School Under 12s lifted the regional trophy after hammering rivals Peterborough Northern Star 7-1.

The youngsters capped their fine season with silverware thanks to goal from Jack Conyard, Archie Callum, Alex Neve, Bailey Yeomans and a double from Brandon Wojtowych and superb performances from Callum Racey, Brandon Towell, Thomas Oakley, Jack Brown, Codi Wedge, Charlie Gatty and man-of-the-match, Bobby Byles.

A Soccer School spokesman said: “What a brillian all round team performance. Congratulations to the hard working team of dedicated coaches Andy Conyard, Clinton Byles and Rob Conyard.”
