Eight schools took to the field to compete in the Fenland Tag Rugby Finals at Cromwell Community College.
Glebelands, Park Lane, Lionel Walden, Cavalry, Kingsfield (who fielded an A and B team), Elm, Thomas Eaton and Manea School contributed sides.
The standard of play was untidy at first but improved significantly throughout the competition.
In the final, Kingsfield A beat Cavalry 3-2.
The matches were refereed by Cromwell students Alex Kerse, Will Grant, Owen Miller, Charlie Mandley, Ben Chapman, Ashley Howlett and Brandon Ransome.
