March Town Ladies picked up their third S-Tech league win on the bounce with an impressive 4-0 win over Cambridge Rangers.

Emma Searle broke the deadlock from close range after Jade Pointer won possession.

Player of the match keeper Dani Westgate then made an excellent penalty save before Emma Frost scored.

Searle hit the post before scoring again to make it 3-0 before half time.

Some first class defending thwarted Rangers and, on 85 minutes, Searle completed her first senior hat-trick.

Manager Gary Davis said: “This was one of our best performances of the season. We played some good football against a very direct side.

“We have a couple of tough games coming up and the results will shape our season.”
