WISBECH Town suffered their heaviest defeat of the season against Hadleigh United.
Chris Bacon grabbed the Fenmen’s only goal on a disappointing day which all but ended their league title challenge.
The defeat leaves them second in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division, two points ahead of Brantham Athletic.
Their next game is away at leaders Dereham Town tomorrow night,
