Ridgeons First Division: Brightlingsea Regent 1 March Town United 3
IN-FORM midfielder Adam Rothery scored for the third consecutive game as March Town United enjoyed a fine win in Essex on Saturday.
Rothery, joined by Andy Wayte and captain Luke Pepper on the scoresheet, helped Brett Whaley’s Hares leapfrog Brightlingsea into fifth position in the Ridgeons First Division table.
March host Premier Division Ely City in a Ridgeons League Challenge Cup Preliminary Round derby on Tuesday night. Kick-off is 7.45pm.
