March AC runner Geraldine Larham was in sensational form at the London Marathon.
Larham finished 40th in her age category and 409th lady overall in a massive personal best of three hours 18 minutes, improving on her previous best by 20 minutes.
Mick Stacey followed in three hours 19 minutes (4,337th overall).
