WISBECH Rugby Club Under-10s were all smiles after they got to strut their stuff at the home of the Leicester Tigers.

The youngsters had the honour of playing at Welford Road after they powered into the latter stages of the Prima Tiger Bowl.

They came through the quarter-final but were halted in the last four by Tamworth.

Coach Simon Holmes said: “It was a really enjoyable day out, absolutely brilliant. It’s a great tournament to be in with a great standard of rugby.”

Wisbech’s players and supporters stayed at the ground after the tournament to cheer the Tigers to a 34-8 victory over London Wasps.
