March Town Cricket Club Chairman Les Mills was awarded for his hard work in the sport by being given a NatWest Outstanding Contribution to Cricket Award (OSCA).
Les collected his certificate which rewarded his work with the Fenland Trophy and Cambridgeshire Cricket Board at the Cambridgeshire Cricket Limited AGM and event on Friday February 26.
The NatWest Outstanding Service to Cricket Awards aim to reward the contribution that volunteers make to the game. Established in 2003, the OSCAs form part of the England Cricket Board’s volunteering programme, which gives cricket clubs advice on educating, recruiting and rewarding volunteers.
